Your Annual Water and Sewer Assessment is for the underground lines for water and sewer hookups to your property that were installed by the developer prior to the construction of the dwelling.  The cost of the work was defrayed by agreement that is recorded among the county land records. The annual assessment is a lien against the property, not a charge for water and sewer usage.

Each property owner is responsible for the annual payment of these hookups. If your property is sold or transferred you must disclose this information to the realtor, purchaser, and title company prior to the sale of your property.

This site is for processing online payments only and will not display your current account balance, statements or any other account information. Please note that there is a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments, but no fee for using your bank account to make an ACH payment.

To properly identify your account, you will need to enter the building, unit and tenant information located at the top left corner of your mailed statement, this is your account number. Where BB-BBB is your Building (no dashes), UUUU is your Unit Number and TT is your Tenant Number with each item separated by a space. ( example: BBBBB UUUU TT )
